Will it slow down my Mac?
No. It's a native SwiftUI menu-bar app that sits idle between copies. OCR uses Apple's Vision framework — on Apple Silicon that offloads to the Neural Engine, so image processing doesn't show up as CPU load or fan spin.
Does macOS have built-in clipboard history now? Why use this?
